Vehicle Fire Near Jersey Results in Total Loss, No Injuries Reported

The Banks Volunteer Fire Department responded to a vehicle fire near 224 BR 1 South in Jersey at 9:27 p.m. Saturday.

Firefighters arrived on the scene and quickly worked to extinguish the blaze. Despite their efforts, the vehicle was a total loss. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.

A total of nine Banks firefighters, one Jersey firefighter, and one Bradley County Sheriff’s Office deputy responded to the incident. Authorities have not released further details on the cause of the fire.

Emergency responders were commended for their swift action in preventing the fire from spreading.
