HAMBURG, Ark. – The Warren Lumberjack basketball team capped off a flawless 8-4A Conference season Thursday night, securing their tenth and final league victory with a commanding 71-51 road win over Hamburg.

Senior Hayden Cathey opened the scoring for the Lumberjacks with a three-pointer, but the Lions kept pace early, leading to a 10-10 tie after the first quarter.
Warren began to take control in the second, led by Antonio Jordan’s seven-point effort. The Lumberjacks built a 30-20 halftime lead behind strong defense and improved shooting.

Jordan continued to dominate in the third quarter, adding eight more points to his tally. Guard Tramond Miller also found his rhythm, contributing five in the third before pouring in eight more in the final period to help seal the win.
With the victory, Warren completes the regular season with a perfect 10-0 conference record and an overall mark of 14-2.
The Lumberjacks now turn their focus to the 4A South Regional Tournament, where they will need to win their opening-round matchup on February 26 at 8:30 p.m. in Monticello to secure a spot in the 4A State Tournament.
