Coming into the match at 5-0 and 2-0 in conference play, Warren showcased its trademark resilience after falling behind early. White Hall nabbed three first-half goals in a rapid four-minute stretch. Still, the Lady Jacks opened the game with flashes of the defensive spark that has anchored them this season, including Naideth Pahuamba’s textbook tackle that halted a Bulldogs attack on the right wing early.

Down 3-0 at the break, Warren came out energized in the second half. Just minutes into the restart, Azul Garcia’s towering 40-yard free kick took an awkward hop and found the back of the net, giving the home crowd something to cheer about. The Bulldogs pushed their lead to 4-1 in the 55th minute, but the Lady Jacks roared back again when Allison Mondragon’s low shot slipped past the keeper in the 59th.

White Hall added another tally moments later, yet the Lady Jacks refused to fade. Mondragon struck a thunderous goal from the edge of the penalty area in the 71st minute, bringing Warren within two scores. The energy on the pitch surged as the Lady Jacks continued to pressure the Bulldogs’ back line. Anna Arroyo nearly pulled Warren even closer in the final moments, breaking in on goal before the White Hall keeper made a stellar left-handed save.

While the Bulldogs sealed the deal off a 76th-minute corner, the Lady Jacks left the stadium with heads held high and valuable lessons in their back pocket. Now 5-1 overall, Warren remains perfect in conference play at 2-0 and will look to bounce back quickly, carrying forward the grit and attacking creativity on display Tuesday night.
