WARREN, Ark. – The Warren Branch Library is inviting children and families across Bradley County to dive into a world of imagination, creativity, and learning with its 2025 Summer Reading Program, themed “Color Our World.”
Registration officially opens Tuesday, June 10, with kits available that include everything participants need to get started—at-home learning exercises, program schedules, and opportunities to win prizes. An itinerary will also be available for parents, guardians, and daycare directors on the first day of the program.
Weekly sessions are divided by age to ensure age-appropriate fun:
- Tuesdays (10 AM – 12 PM): Children age 7 and under
- Thursdays (10 AM – 12 PM): Children age 8 and older
Library staff noted that activities may get a little messy, so kids are encouraged to wear play clothes.
The summer fun will conclude with a Farewell to Summer Reading Celebration on Friday, July 18 at 10 AM. The grand finale will feature a display of arts and crafts made throughout the summer, complete with prize ribbons for winning entries. A small table of snacks and fun finger foods will be provided, and all prizes will be awarded at the event.
Additional specialty events will be announced throughout the summer, promising even more exciting opportunities for local children.
Important Notes for Parents:
- Children aged 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult during sessions.
- Only library staff will have access to any information provided during registration.
