Constructed by Simmons & Sons Construction LLC of Warren, the facility sits on land generously donated by First Assembly of God Church. The building includes an open auditorium with cafeteria-style seating and a small stage, designed to accommodate a variety of public functions and county events.

County Judge Klay McKinney addressed the crowd during the open house. He told Saline River News later that the building is expected to see its first use during the upcoming Bradley County Pink Tomato Festival. An event currently being discussed would take place in the auditorium during the festival.

Following the ceremony, guests were treated to a lunch of hot dogs, chips, and cookies. The event marked a significant milestone in the county’s efforts to expand and improve public service facilities.
