Opal L. Wagnon age 86 of New Edinburg, AR died Monday, May 26th, 2025 at the Bradley County Medical Center. She was born May 23rd, 1939 in Bradley County, AR a daughter of the late Orville Vines and Lydia Hooks Vines. She was a retired owner and operator of Wagnon poultry farms, a member of Macedonia Free Will Baptist Church and the widow of Jimmy Carroll Wagnon whom she married May 19th, 1956 and he passed away on August 18th, 2007 also preceding her in death are sisters, Lela Rauls and Beatrice Clemmons.
Surviving is her son, Charles Wagnon, New Edinburg, AR and her daughter Wanda Wagnon Sanders Howard and spouse Ricky, New Edinburg, AR. 5 grandchildren Chad Sanders and spouse Laura, Justin Sanders and spouse Paige, Wade Wagnon and spouse Heather, Erin Wagnon and Emily Wagnon.Funeral services are 2:00PM Friday, May 30th, 2025 at Frazer’s Chapel. Burial in Reaves Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Visitation 12:30 PM till service time on Friday at Frazer’s Chapel of the Chimes.
