Five Warren High School students–Griselda Herrera, Paige Byrd, Daniel Castillo, Taylor Hasley, and Taliyah Walton–were invited to the event in recognition of their 4.0 grade point averages. The annual ceremony honors top high school seniors from across the state for their dedication to academic excellence.

From Hermitage High School, seniors Stella Huitt and Carter Wilkerson were also recognized. The Hermitage School District expressed its pride in the students, noting in a statement that “Stella and Carter are two of our outstanding students, and we are honored to see their academic success celebrated at the state level.”

Governor’s Scholastic Honors Day is sponsored each year by the Governor’s Office and the Arkansas Department of Education to celebrate Arkansas students who maintain a perfect GPA throughout high school.
