William Frank “Skipper” Stone, age 63 of Pine Bluff, AR died Sunday, May 25th 2025 at the Baptist Hospital in Little Rock, AR. He was born August 31st, 1961 in Warren, AR a son of the late William Frank Stone Jr, and Glenda Gorman Stone. Skipper was self-employed, a graduate of the Pine Bluff public Schools and he had a gift to gab with anyone.
Surviving is his wife, Jean Stone, Pine Bluff, AR. A sister Ashley Stone Rowe and spouse Bill, Sherwood, AR. A nephew Bradley Minchew, Sherwood, AR. A step son, Jereny Sims and spouse Erin, Phoenix, AZ. 5 step grandchildren. Funeral services 11:00AM Saturday, May 31st at Frazer’s Chapel with Rev. Robert Green officiating. Visitation 10:00AM till 11:00AM Saturday at Frazer’s Chapel. Burial in Oakland Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home.
