Bradley County 4-H Members Compete in District Food Challenge

WARREN, Ark. – Three Bradley County 4-H members recently showcased their creativity and culinary skills during the Ouachita District Arkansas Food Challenge. Participants were given a mystery ingredient and tasked with selecting items from a provided pantry to create an original dish for the judges to sample.

Representing Bradley County in the competition were Annie Hartness, Lizzy Grace Stringfellow, and Jack Chambers. The event provided youth with an opportunity to demonstrate teamwork, nutrition knowledge, and food preparation techniques in a timed challenge setting.

Families interested in enrolling their children in a local 4-H Club are encouraged to contact the Bradley County Extension Office at 870-226-8410 for more information.

The University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture is an equal opportunity/equal access institution.
