Last Wednesday, local 4-H youth traveled to Florence to tour Cater Farms. During the visit, they explored the farm’s operations and learned about the day-to-day workings of the Cater family’s agricultural business.

On Thursday, the group took part in Outdoor Skills Day at the Vines 4-H Center in Ferndale. Despite the heat, participants enjoyed a fun and educational experience focused on building practical skills in an outdoor environment.

Anyone interested in learning more about 4-H programs in Bradley County is encouraged to contact the Bradley County Extension Office.
