UAM-CTM To Hold 2025 Commencement Exercises on June 24

MONTICELLO, Ark. — The University of Arkansas at Monticello College of Technology-McGehee (UAM-CTM) will hold its commencement exercises for the graduating class of 2025 on Tuesday, June 24, at 2 p.m. at the Fine Arts Center on the Monticello campus. Doors will open at 1 p.m.

Over 150 graduates will be recognized with the awarding of certificates of proficiency, technical certificates and Associate of Applied Science degrees in the following programs: Automotive Service Technology, Business Office Technology, Diesel Technology, Early Childhood Education, Emergency Medical Technician, Health Information Technology, Heavy Equipment, Nursing Assistant, Phlebotomy, Tractor Trailer Operations and Welding Technology. Diplomas will also be presented to completers of the UAM Adult Education program who have earned their GEDs. 

UAM-CTM will also recognize its 2025 Outstanding Alumnus, Geraldine Renfroe. Renfroe earned her GED from UAM in 1998, followed by a technical certificate in business office technology in 2000 and an Associate of Applied Science in general technology degree in 2006, both earned from UAM-CTM. She currently serves as the administrative assistant for Student Services at UAM-CTM, where she has dedicated 26 years of service to students and the community.
