WARREN, Ark. – Local 4-H members had the opportunity to grow their livestock handling skills on Monday during the Bradley County 4-H Showmanship Clinic, directed by Bradley County summer intern Ericca Corker.

Held at the county fairgrounds, the clinic welcomed youth participants along with their pigs and goats for a full day of hands-on training in showmanship. Students learned techniques for presenting their animals in the ring, practicing posture, control, and presentation under the guidance of experienced instructors.

Presenters included Joe Don Greenwood, Leigh Brandon, Madalyn Wilder, and Dr. Maribel Nelson. The event was made possible with support from local sponsors Union Bank and Corker Electric.

The Bradley County Extension Office thanked all those who participated and helped make the clinic a success. For more information on how to get involved with Bradley County 4-H programs, contact the Extension Office or visit their Facebook page at facebook.com/ar.extension.bradley.
