WARREN, Ark. – The Bradley County Assessor’s Office is alerting residents to disregard recent notices of Real Estate Value Change that may have arrived in the mail.
According to an email from Assessor Stephanie Bigham, the notices currently being received by property owners are incorrect.
“THIS NOTICE IS NOT CORRECT!” Bigham emphasized in the message. “You will receive a revised notice of Real Estate Value Change within the next few days.”
The Assessor’s Office apologizes for the inconvenience and is asking residents to help spread the word to others who may have received the incorrect notice.
Further updates will be provided as soon as the revised notices are sent out.
