Bradley County Judge Klay McKinney hosted the 3rd annual Watermelon on the Court Square event Thursday, providing a summertime treat for county employees in downtown Warren.
Held on the Bradley County Court Square, the event offered fresh, locally grown watermelon and served as a gesture of appreciation for county staff. The watermelons were provided by Judge McKinney.
“Many thanks to the Judge Klay McKinney your watermelon’s are the best!” read a post from the courthouse’s official social media account.
The courthouse also extended well wishes to the public, saying, “Happy 4th of July to everyone.”
