WARREN, Ark. – St. James AME Church is inviting families across the community to dive into a day of fun and generosity at the 5th Annual Community-Wide “Pool to School” event, set for Saturday, August 9, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Warren City Pool (Westside Pool), located at 317 Rock Street in Warren.
This free event is open to the public and aims to help local students gear up for the new school year with donated school supplies, while also offering a relaxing and festive poolside experience. Attendees will enjoy food, fellowship, and swimming—all at no cost.
Organizers are reminding families to bring swimwear and towels to fully enjoy the afternoon of water fun. The event promises to blend back-to-school readiness with community spirit and summer celebration. A parent must be present with the child.
