WARREN, Ark. – Free athletic physicals for all female athletes at Warren High School will be held on Wednesday, August 6, beginning at 8:30 a.m. at Dr. George’s office.
Athletes are required to complete a History and Physical Form prior to arrival. The History portion of the form should be filled out in advance. Copies of both forms are available now on the Warren School District Facebook page. In addition, printed forms will be available in Coach Grant’s office at the arena starting Thursday for those attending summer workouts.
Coach Grant will be present at Dr. George’s office on the day of the physicals to collect the completed paperwork.
These physicals are for the 2025–2026 school year and are required for participation in WHS girls’ athletics.
