Local Fire Departments Complete Emergency Vehicle Driving Course

NEW EDINBURG, Ark. — Several area fire departments recently participated in an emergency vehicle driving course held Monday night and Saturday morning. The training was conducted by Cameron Chapman, McGehee Fire Chief and Arkansas Fire Academy instructor.

The course aimed to enhance the skills of volunteer firefighters in safely operating emergency vehicles during response situations. Local organizers expressed appreciation for the men and women who dedicate their time to serving their communities as volunteer firemen.
