HERMITAGE, Ark. – Students at Hermitage High School recently had the opportunity to hear from Victoria O’Neill Rivera, a University of Arkansas at Monticello (UAM) ambassador, about her experiences with the EAST program.
Rivera shared her presentation, My EAST Journey, with the students, highlighting how her time in the program helped shape her education and opened doors to opportunities at UAM. She spoke about how EAST fosters collaboration, technology skills, and real-world problem-solving—tools she continues to use in her college career.
The Hermitage School District expressed its gratitude for Rivera’s visit, thanking her for inspiring students to explore future educational opportunities.
