STAR CITY, Ark. – The Warren Lumberjack tennis team, coached by Head Coach Micah Richey, traveled to Star City on September 16 for a tough conference matchup, winning half of their ranked contests while also securing several unranked victories.
Among the highlights of the day, Angel Herron was named the Saline River News Player of the Match. Herron, who has stepped into his role as Warren’s No. 1 singles player this season, came through with a 6-4 victory. Richey praised Herron’s determination, noting his commitment to improving each week and the excitement he brings to the court.
