BCSD Arrests Convicted Felon, Seizes Drugs, Firearms, and Cash During Search Warrant

On October 21, 2025, agents of the Tenth Judicial District Drug Task Force and the Bradley County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant in Bradley County, at the known residence of Grady Burch. During the search, officers located 6 loaded firearms on the property. Officers located numerous prescription bottles with Burch’s name along with other names not associated with the residence. Inside approximately 8 of those bottle’s officers counted over 350 suspected Hydrocodone of several different brands. Officers located 3 types of a Schedule 3, stimulant, pills and numerous Soma pills, a Schedule 4 controlled substance. Officers located numerous boxes of ammunition and over $3500.00 cash in a safe and in Burch’s pocket.  Numerous marijuana seeds and products were also collected.

Burch was transported to the Bradley County Sheriff Department and booked in on the charges of Possession of Firearm by a Certain Person (Felon in Possession of Firearm), Possession of Schedule 2 with Purpose to Deliver X’s 3, Possession of Schedule 2 with Purpose to Deliver X’s 3, Possession of Schedule 4, and Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms.  

Burch is a registered sex offender and a convicted felon.
