The Bradley County Sheriff’s Office reminds families to stay alert and informed as Halloween approaches. In accordance with the Arkansas Sex Offender Registration Act (Ark. Code Ann. 12-12-901), the Sheriff’s Office is releasing the official “Do Not Trick or Treat” list for Bradley County.
The list includes Level 3 (High Risk) and Level 4 (Sexually Dangerous) offenders. These individuals should not participate in Halloween activities, including handing out candy, decorating, or having contact with children on Halloween night.

Safety Tips for Parents:
- Review the official “Do Not Trick or Treat” list before going out.
- Supervise children while trick-or-treating.
