L’Aigle Creek and NRCS host Local Information Expo for Landowners

L’Aigle Creek Conservation Service is hosting a Community Information Expo in conjunction with NRCS – Natural Resources Conservation Service on Tuesday, Oct 28th, to give information to landowners & farmers about financial assistance and other ways they can assist landowners, cattle farmers, chicken farmers & family farmers with regenerative grazing practices etc., as well as approved conservation practices such as forest stand improvement, prescribed burning, firebreak, wildlife habitat management, restoration of rare or declining communities as well as small family gardens.

The following specialists will be there to give a brief overview of their area and will be there to help answer questions: Gus Sharp- Grazing Land Specialist, Josh Smith – Forester and James Reynolds – Area Resource Conservationist. There will be a Quail Forever representative as well as local area vendors.
