Lola Butler was born on February 20, 1955 to the late Lessie Pearl and Louis Ware in Hampton, Arkansas. She passed away on December 26, 2025 after recent medical complications.
She was a devoted caregiver, a loving mother, and a protective grandmother. Lola dedicated her life to hard work, service, and protecting those she loved as well as her community. Over the span of 40 years, she served proudly in many roles at Chapel Woods Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, formerly known as Wagnon Place Nursing Home. Each role she filled at the nursing home reflected her great character and allowed her to make a lasting impact on countless lives. She will be greatly missed by so many.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Mamie Ware, Lessie Jean Jackson, and Katherine Childs, as well as her brother Louis Ware.
She is survived by her daughter Kalika, her bonus son Dario, and her beloved grandsons KJ and Kooper. She is also survived by her older Brother Lee Edward, younger sisters, Tammy, LaDonna and Feleicia, and younger brother LaDon (Yvette), along with a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and friends turned family who cherished her.
Funeral services were on Wednesday, December 31, 2025 at 1:30 pm at Frazer Funeral Home in Warren. Burial was in Macedonia Cemetery. Services entrusted to Frazer’s Funeral Home.
