Nedra Sue Joiner Edwards, age 84 passed away on Sunday, December 7, 2025 at UAMS in Little Rock, AR. She was born on May 12, 1941 in Houston, TX to the late Fred Joiner and Lola Castleberry Joiner. She was retired from sales and insurance, attended Farmville Baptist Church and graduated Lynwood High School in Lynwood, California.
Other than her parents she is preceded in death by a sister, Martha Ann Cowan.
She is survived by a daughter, Jeanine Michelle Edwards of Mohave Valley, AZ; granddaughter, Brittney Ann Smerber of CA and cousins John and Susan Castleberry, Warren, AR and family. She loved all her cousins and extended family and she was the adopted Aunt Ned to all the little munchkins.
Memorial service is Sunday, December 14 at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church activity center.
