Nettie Jane McClain Weaver, age 91, of Troy, MO, formerly of Warren, AR passed away on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at Mercy Hospital Lincoln in Troy, MO. She was born on December 28, 1933, in Vick, AR to the late John Shields McClain and Lucian Brady McClain. She was a retired accountant clerk for Great Lake Chemical where she was employed for over 25 years. She was of the Baptist faith.
Other than her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Lloyd Weaver whom she married on February 17, 1951, and he passed away on December 31, 2016; brothers, Daniel McClain, Glen McClain, David S. McClain, and Charles “Andy” McClain.
Nettie is survived by her loving daughter, Glenda Reed of Troy, MO; granddaughter, Amber Davis and spouse Jared of Auburn, WA; brother, Brady Jack McClain of Texarkana, TX, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 22, 2025, at Frazer’s Funeral Home with Bro. Wayman Mann officiating. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 1:30 p.m. until service time on Monday, December 22, 2025, at Frazer’s Funeral Home.
