Andrew C. Pritt of Warren has officially announced his candidacy for Bradley County Judge in the March 3 and November 3, 2026 elections as a Democrat. No one filed against him in the primary, so he will face the winner of the Republican primary and any Independent candidates.
A graduate of Hermitage High School and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Pritt says he brings more than 30 years of experience in political campaigns and government. He states that he has owned and operated as a Democratic political operative, managing campaign employees and overseeing campaigns at the local, state, and federal levels. According to Pritt, he served as a staffer and advisor to President Joe Biden in 2020. He also says he is currently advising three gubernatorial campaigns across the country and a congressional candidate.
In addition to his public service, Pritt notes that he serves as a reader and usher in his Episcopal parish and participates in several civic organizations, reflecting what he describes as a commitment to service, accountability, and responsible leadership.
Pritt, who is making his second bid for Bradley County Judge, said his main goal is to improve the county’s infrastructure and to find ways to make county government more fiscally transparent and accountable. He believes Bradley County residents deserve transparency and efficiency in how their tax dollars are spent.
He also outlined his priorities for increasing county revenue, saying one of his top focuses is ensuring that county taxpayers have the opportunity to vote on whether Bradley County should become a wet county. Pritt says Bradley County is losing significant revenue to surrounding counties.
If elected, Pritt says he plans to spend his first few months listening to the hopes and concerns of county employees and taxpayers, in addition to the regular Quorum Court meetings.
