WARREN, Ark. – With the Warren Lumberjacks preparing for a high-stakes semifinal matchup at Dardanelle this Friday night, the Warren School District is calling on the entire community to rally together in a show of support for the team as they pursue a berth in the 4A State Championship.
To help build momentum and celebrate the players who have powered Warren deep into the postseason, the district has declared Thursday, December 5, as a community-wide Spirit Day: Extreme Orange & Black. Students, staff, families, and all Warren residents are encouraged to wear their most spirited orange and black gear throughout the day.
The district says the goal is to unite the town behind a group of young men who have worked tirelessly all season and now stand one win away from a championship appearance.
Warren hits the road to face Dardanelle with kickoff set for Friday evening. Community members unable to attend the game can still show support by decking out homes, businesses, and social media profiles in Lumberjack colors throughout the week.
The Warren School District reminds everyone: “Show extreme pride in our Jacks on Dec. 5th!”
As the team prepares for its biggest game of the season, the district hopes the visible wave of orange and black across town sends a clear message: Warren is behind the Lumberjacks—every step of the way.
