The Rotary Club of Warren met for its December meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 9 inside the Fellowship Hall at First Methodist Church. This is the club’s final meeting before the New Year with the next meeting set for Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2026. The club heard from Warren High School Junior Rotarian Noemi Castillo before Rotarian Andrew Tolbert introduced his program.
The program was a selection of songs performed by the Warren Combined Choir, which featured kids from Warren Middle School (grades 6-8) and Warren High School (grades 9-12). The choir is under the director of Travis Moore, who is in his first year. Choir members include Nevaeh Frazier, Emery Lipsey, Addyson Tolefree, Jaynaria Booker, Gabriel Cruce, Antonia Davis, Andrea DeLeon, Nevada Ederington, Kaylee Fisher, Bianca Hill, Tra’Von Marshall, Monica Mondragon, Peyton Powell, LaKaree Williams, Lillimarie Bradley, Madeline Davidson, and Zy’ondrea Washington. The choir sang three songs from their Winter Concert and were very impressive to the Rotary Club members present. Moore also told the group about accolades some members have received already and stated he’s excited to keep growing the Warren Choral Department.
