Bradley County Medical Center has named Tarra Dean of the Surgery Department as the January Employee of the Month.
Dean’s nomination stated: “Tarra is always there to help whenever you need her. She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has what they need, and the staff does not need any help before she leaves an area. If she doesn’t know something, she will always find out. Tarra is always willing to come help out in the ER. She checks on the ER daily and stays if she is needed. She picks up and helps cover open shifts every schedule. She is a team player every day and has a compassionate heart for the patients she encounters. Tarra not only helps out in my department by working, but she stepped in and helped me with inventory this year as well. I know I can always depend on Tarra to step up and help.”
