Hermitage High EAST seeks donations for “Prom With Purpose Closet”

HERMITAGE, Ark. – Hermitage High EAST is accepting donations of new or gently used formal wear as part of its “Prom With Purpose Closet,” an initiative aimed at ensuring every student has access to appropriate attire for prom and other special events.

The school is currently collecting formal dresses, suits, and accessories. All donated items will be made available to students at no cost, with each participating student able to select one free dress or suit.

Donations will be accepted now through February 6. Items may be dropped off at the Hermitage High School front office between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

For out-of-town donations or to make special arrangements, organizers ask that donors contact Mrs. Erin Hilliard.

School officials say the program is designed to remove financial barriers and help make prom a memorable experience for every student.
