WARREN, Ark. – Golfers will have a chance to tee it up locally just ahead of spring break when the Warren Country Club hosts its annual Shamrock Shootout on Friday and Saturday, March 21–22.
The two-day event will be played as a 2-person shamble. In the shamble format, both players tee off on each hole, the best drive is selected, and each golfer then plays their own ball into the hole from that spot.
Entry for the tournament is $240 per team. The Shamrock Shootout is traditionally one of the club’s early spring events and offers golfers a competitive opportunity before the start of spring break for many local families.
Those interested in registering or seeking additional information can contact Orlando Gonzalez at 870-820-8205.
The Shamrock Shootout is open to area golfers and is expected to draw teams from Warren and surrounding communities.
