Bobby Payne age 73 of Warren, AR died Thursday, February 19th, 2026 at the Chapel Woods Nursing Center. He was born March 7th, 1952 in Warren, AR a son of the late Jesse Lee (Bill) Payne and Ila Vickers Payne. Bobby attended Hermitage High School and attended Union Hill Baptist Church.
Bobby was one of the last employees of C.W. Hankins and Sons Hardware Company in Warren, AR. He was employed with Frazer’s Funeral Home and Oakland Cemetery in Warren, AR for many years. Bobby was a very independent person in his life and never let his disabilities force him to be very dependent on other for help. Bobby was preceded in death by a sister and her spouse Linda and Wilson Richards, and a nephew Scott Richards.
Surviving is Jerry and Faye Ozment, Crossett, AR, a niece Kelly Richards, Bradley County, AR, and several cousins.
Graveside services are 11:00AM Saturday, February 21st 2026 at Union Hill Cemetery in Ingalls, AR with Rev. Wayman Mann officiating. Visitation before the graveside on Saturday at Union Hill Cemetery.
