BEARDEN, Ark. – Hermitage’s track and field teams turned in a strong performance at the Bearden Relays, highlighted by top-three finishes from both the junior boys and junior girls divisions.
The Hermitage Junior Boys team claimed second place overall at the meet, while the Junior Girls team earned a third-place finish, continuing what has been a solid start to the season for the Hermits.
In a social media post following the meet, Hermitage School District praised the student-athletes for their efforts across all events and encouraged the community to recognize their accomplishments.
The Bearden Relays brought together area schools for a competitive day of events, and Hermitage’s depth across multiple disciplines helped secure the podium finishes.
Hermitage track and field will look to build on the momentum in upcoming meets as the season continues.
