Hermitage Student Wins Bradley County Spelling Bee, Advances to State Competition

Addison Helms to represent Bradley County at Arkansas Spelling Bee in March

Hermitage School District and Warren School District recently joined forces to host the Bradley County Spelling Bee, showcasing the spelling prowess of students from across the county.

After several competitive rounds, Addison Helms from Hermitage School District emerged as the champion, earning first place and the opportunity to advance to the Arkansas Spelling Bee in March.

“Congratulations to all of the participants on their hard work!” organizers stated in announcing the results.

Competition Results

The Bradley County Spelling Bee results are as follows:

  • First Place: Addison Helms – Hermitage School District
  • Second Place: Avery Ledbetter – Hermitage School District
  • Third Place: Nevaeh Frazier

Helms will now prepare to represent Bradley County at the state-level competition in March, where she will compete against spelling bee champions from across Arkansas.

The collaboration between Hermitage School District and Warren School District demonstrates the commitment of local educational institutions to academic excellence and providing students with opportunities to showcase their talents beyond the classroom.
