Having already clinched the league title, the Lady Jacks left no doubt in their final regular-season contest, improving to 27-2 overall while completing an undefeated conference slate. The 65-33 final underscored Warren’s control from start to finish.
The evening also served as Senior Night, as Alyssa Calbert and Charlee Wardlaw were honored following this, their final home game. By night’s end, the celebration extended beyond the seniors to a full-court acknowledgment of a championship season and the team cut down the net at Lumberjack Arena.
Hamburg opened the scoring with an early three-pointer, but Warren answered immediately. Calbert drilled a three to give the Lady Jacks a 5-3 lead, and Warren never trailed again. Breize Fellows and Bayleigh Miller added to the surge in the first quarter, with Miller knocking down back-to-back three-pointers to help establish a 15-8 advantage.
The second quarter showcased the Lady Jacks’ superb depth, which has been a hallmark of this team all season long. Nyla Simmons controlled the paint and finished efficiently around the basket, while Calbert continued to connect from the perimeter. Warren’s offensive rhythm and defensive pressure fueled a 42-22 halftime lead.

With the outcome well in hand in the fourth quarter, second-year head coach Mary Beth Grant turned to her bench, allowing the entire roster to gain valuable minutes. Brooklyne McVay capped the scoring with a late three-pointer, putting the finishing touches on a complete team performance.

In just her second season, Grant has elevated the Lady Jacks into one of the most dominant teams in the South Arkansas 4A ranks. A 27-2 overall record and an unblemished 10-0 conference mark reflect not only talent, but preparation, discipline, and depth. The Lady Jacks have consistently shared the scoring load, defended at a high level, and played with the confidence of a championship program.
With the regular season complete, Warren now turns its attention to the Regional Tournament in Nashville, Arkansas, beginning Wednesday. The Lady Jacks will face the fourth seed from the 7-4A Conference, which had not yet been determined at the time of publication.
