With the loss, Warren finishes the year 4-16 overall and 3-7 in conference play, placing fifth in the 8-4A standings and narrowly missing a spot in the upcoming regional tournament.
Hamburg set the tone early, racing out to a 17-0 lead in the opening minutes of the first quarter. Steen finally put the Lumberjacks on the board with a strong two-point basket, and Scout Ballentine followed with a clutch three-pointer to spark the home crowd. Fellows added another three as Warren began to settle in offensively, but the Lions held a 30-10 advantage at the end of the first quarter.
The second quarter belonged to Fellows, who erupted for nine points in the period. He knocked down shots from beyond the arc and attacked the basket for tough finishes inside. Steen remained aggressive as well, adding to his scoring total and drawing contact in the paint. The Lumberjacks outscored Hamburg 16-12 in the quarter, trimming the deficit to 42-26 at halftime.
Warren continued to battle in the second half. Steen led the way with 19 points, consistently finding space inside and converting at the rim. Fellows matched his effort with 18 points, including a pair of three-pointers. Ballentine added 11 points, knocking down three shots from long range to keep the Lions from pulling away.

In the fourth quarter, Zaydin Grider provided a spark with back-to-back three-pointers, energizing the Lumberjack bench. Jeremiah Hines also contributed, scoring on a pair of field goals, including a three-pointer, as Warren continued to fight until the final horn.
Despite the early deficit proving too much to overcome, the Lumberjacks showed resilience throughout the night, competing evenly for stretches of the second half.
