Warren Fire Department honors members at annual Firemen’s Ball

2025 Warren Firefighter of the Year Matthew Meeks and Warren Fire Chief Chuck Moore.

WARREN, Ark. – The Warren Fire Department held its annual Warren Firemen’s Ball and awards presentation on Saturday, Jan. 31, 2026, at the Warren Country Club.

During the event, the department recognized several members for their service and accomplishments during 2025.

Matthew Meeks was named Firefighter of the Year for 2025, while Jud Bolland received Rookie of the Year honors.

Service awards were also presented, with Shaun Henderson and Steve Acuapa each receiving five-year service awards. Lt. Ricky Rodriguez and Shaun May were recognized with 15-year service awards.

The annual Firemen’s Ball serves as a time for the department to celebrate its members and acknowledge their dedication and service to the Warren community.
