Bradley County EHC Members Create Study Pillows for Summer Reading Program

WARREN, Ark. – 3-19-26 – Members of the Bradley County Extension Homemakers Club (EHC) have been busy preparing for this year’s summer reading program at the Warren Branch Library by creating handmade study pillows for participants.

According to information shared by the Bradley County Extension Office, EHC members recently gathered to make the pillows, which are designed to provide comfort and support for children as they read throughout the summer months. The effort is part of the group’s ongoing commitment to community service and education.

The handmade pillows feature a variety of colorful fabrics and designs, reflecting the creativity and craftsmanship of the volunteers involved. The items will be used during the library’s summer reading activities, which aim to encourage literacy and keep students engaged while school is out.

The Extension Office noted that individuals interested in joining the Bradley County EHC can contact their office for more information about membership and upcoming projects.
