MORRILTON, Ark. – The Warren Lady Jacks opened the 2026 soccer season with a strong performance on the road, defeating the Morrilton Lady Devil Dogs 5-2.

Warren got on the board first when Anna Arroyo scored the Lady Jacks’ opening goal without an assist. The Lady Jacks extended their lead on the team’s second goal as Azul Garcia found the back of the net off an assist from Allison Mondragon.
Garcia later added another goal for Warren without an assist, continuing the Lady Jacks’ offensive momentum.
Jessica Chavez contributed two goals for Warren in the match. Her first came off an assist from Garcia, and her second was set up by Mondragon.
The Lady Jacks finished the night with five goals from four different scoring combinations, while Morrilton scored twice in the contest.
With the win, Warren opens the 2026 season with a 1-0 record.
Warren will return to action Friday when the Lady Jacks host LR Southwest at Jim Hurley, Jr. Stadium.
