The Rotary Club of Warren met Tuesday, March 24 for its second meeting of the month inside the Fellowship Hall at First Methodist Church. The club heard from Deena Cornish, manager of the Bradley County Medical Center Home Health Department. Cornish explained what home health is, the services they perform, and talked about their service area. She also went into the regulations for Medicare and Medicaid and talked about her staff.
Currently, they are seeing around 70-75 patients but were around 85 not too long and have the staff to cover that many. Cornish answered a few questions from the group to conclude the presentation. The next meeting for the Warren Rotary Club will be Tuesday, April 7 due to a scheduling conflict and will still be at noon at the First Methodist Church.
