WARREN – 3-16-26 — Students in Mrs. Hogue’s Family and Consumer Science classes at Warren High School recently showcased their creativity through a hands-on interior design project that challenged them to design miniature rooms inside shoeboxes.
The assignment asked students to plan and construct detailed room designs, allowing them to apply principles of interior decorating while working within a small-scale model.
Three students were selected as winners for having the favorite designs in the project. Those students were Drake Mashburn, Stephanie Gonzalez, and Alley Vance.
Each student created a unique shoebox room design that demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and thoughtful layout choices.
The project provided students with an opportunity to explore elements of interior design while developing skills in planning, organization, and creative problem-solving.
