Glenda Lynn Adams, age 74, of Warren, AR passed away on Sunday, May 17, 2026, at Baptist Health Medical Center in North Little Rock, AR. She was born on May 3, 1952, in Warren, AR to the late Barney Adams and Bernice Gates Adams. Glenda was of the Baptist faith and attended Eagle Lake Baptist Church in Ingalls, AR. Glenda graduated Banks High School and later graduated from the University of Arkansas Pine Bluff (UAPB) in Pine Bluff, AR where she earned her nursing degree. She was a retired RN who loved being a nurse providing care to those in need. She also loved animals of all kinds, and she enjoyed watching tv especially her favorite show Bones.
Other than her parents she is preceded in death by her daughter, Melissa Gail Barnett and sister, Susan Hall.
She is survived by her son David Barnett of Monticello, AR; daughter, Betty Lynn Hamaker of Warren, AR; brothers, Danny Adams of Banks, AR and Bobby Adams of Sheridan, AR; grandchildren, Zane Hamaker, Juston Barnett, Wyatt Barnett, and Abby Barnett; and great-grandchild, Kadence Barnett.
Graveside service was 10:00 a.m. Thursday, May 21, 2026, at McFarland Cemetery. Burial was in McFarland Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home.
