James Dylan Johnson, 2004-2026

James Dylan Johnson, age 21, of Hermitage, Arkansas, passed away on April 27, 2026. Born on August 2, 2004, Dylan lived a life marked by adventure, hard work, and deep love for those around him.

Dylan graduated from Hermitage High School in 2022. After graduation, he pursued his passion for working on the road, beginning his career on a tugboat traveling along the Mississippi River, where he learned a variety of trades. He later continued his journey in Montana, working as a frac sand relocator, a role he took pride in and embraced with determination.

Known for his big heart, Dylan was fun-loving, loyal, and brought laughter to those around him with his sharp, sarcastic sense of humor. He will be remembered for his free spirit and the joy he brought into the lives of others.

Dylan is survived by his mother, Lindsey Oteri (David Oteri); his father, Jason Johnson; his sisters, Alexis Kissire and Izzie Johnson; his aunt, Rhonda Chambliss (Andy Chambliss); his cousins, Sunnie Wood (Ezra and Oliver) and Jacie Scott (Montana); and his maternal grandparents, Ralph and Sandy Munday; and his maternal great-grandmother Jean Welch.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Ronnie and Judy Johnson, and his uncle, Greg Johnson.

Visitation will be held on Sunday May 3, 2026, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Frazer’s Funeral Home, 305 South Main Street, Warren, Arkansas. A memorial service will follow, with a graveside service afterward at Union Hill Cemetery in Ingalls, Arkansas by Frazer ‘s Funeral Home.

Dylan will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
