Susan Elizabeth Best, age 66 of Hermitage, AR died Monday, June 15, 2026 at Conway Baptist Medical Center in Conway, AR. She was born July 4, 1959 at the Bradley County Medical Center in Warren, AR, a daughter of the late Joe Best and Lizzie Huitt Best. Susan was raised in the Ingalls Community, growing up in Eagle Lake Crossroads Baptist Church, graduated from Hermitage Public Schools. Susan worked for LaDonna Sportswear, helped in the family construction business with her family, and later became a paramedic for many years.
Surviving is her daughter, Peyton Best, Grayson, LA; her granddaughter Charlotte Best; brothers Billy Joe Best, Hermitage, AR, and Tommy Best and spouse Kristy, Hermitage, AR. Sisters Lisa Best Corker and spouse Billy Ray, Godfrey Landing, AR and Rebecca Best, Banks, AR.
Private family service was held at Frazer’s Funeral Home.
