Warren High School Class of 2026 Awarded $2.1 Million in Scholarships

WARREN, Ark. — Graduates of the Warren High School Class of 2026 were awarded approximately $2.1 million in scholarships during the Senior Awards Ceremony on May 18.

While students in the Class of 2026 were offered academic scholarships from multiple institutions, the awards announced reflected scholarships from each student’s institution of choice. Forty-three seniors were recognized for their eligibility for the Arkansas Academic Challenge Scholarship. The scholarship is awarded to seniors with qualifying test scores and grade point averages who will attend college in Arkansas. It has a maximum value of $15,000 for students attending a four-year institution and a maximum value of $5,000 for students attending a two-year institution.

The Arkansas Academic Challenge, valued at $15,000, was awarded to Valedictorian Allie Adair.

The Louisiana Tech Academic Choice Scholarship, valued at $4,000, and the Louisiana Tech Bulldog Scholarship, valued at $55,000, were awarded to Valedictorian Anna Arroyo.

The Arkansas Academic Challenge, valued at $15,000, the UAM A/M Tier 4 Scholarship, valued at $24,000, and the Bradley County Farm Bureau Scholarship, valued at $500, were awarded to Jennifer Carpenter.

The Arkansas Academic Challenge, valued at $15,000, and the UAM A/M Tier 4 Scholarship, valued at $24,000, were awarded to Salutatorian Noemi Castillo.

The Arkansas Academic Challenge, valued at $15,000, the UAM A/M Tier 4 Scholarship, valued at $24,000, and the Lottie and Robert McKinney Academic Excellence, Service, and Leadership Scholarship, valued at $16,000, were awarded to Valedictorian Jude Cathey.

The UCA Future Leaders Scholarship, valued at $8,000, was awarded to Kylon Cross.

The Coffeyville Football Scholarship, valued at the cost of tuition and fees, and the Carnell Russ Foundation Book Scholarship, valued at $300, were awarded to Bleyze Fellows.

The Arkansas Academic Challenge, valued at $15,000, the HSU Chancellor’s Scholarship, valued at $24,000, the HSU Reddie Track and Field Scholarship, and the Lottie and Robert McKinney Academic Excellence, Service, and Leadership Scholarship, valued at $16,000, were awarded to Valedictorian Azul Garcia.

The Arkansas Academic Challenge, valued at $15,000, and the ATU Level 4 Scholarship, valued at $32,000, were awarded to Valedictorian Brian Garcia.

The Arkansas Academic Challenge, valued at $15,000, the SAU Blue and Gold Excellence Scholarship, valued at $28,000, the Mulerider Band Scholarship, the Amber Wilson Beta Club Service Scholarship, valued at $200, and the Bill Hickman Memorial Scholarship, valued at $1,000, were awarded to Javier Garcia-Villanueva.

The Arkansas Academic Challenge, valued at $15,000, and the UAM A/M Tier 4 Scholarship, valued at $24,000, were awarded to Valedictorian Adair Gonzalez.

The Louisiana Tech Academic Choice Scholarship, valued at $4,000, the Louisiana Tech Bulldog Scholarship, valued at $55,000, the Carnell Russ Foundation Book Scholarship, valued at $300, the Anthony-Gathen-Rainey-Tolbert Scholarship, valued at $1,000, and the Thomas C. Brunson Humanitarian Award were awarded to Valedictorian Kalees Lewis.

The UAM Green and White Scholarship, valued at $12,000, was awarded to Addison McDougald.

The FUMC Garner Family Scholarship, valued at $2,500, was awarded to Aja McDougald.

The Arkansas Academic Challenge, valued at $15,000, the UAM A/M Tier 4 Scholarship, valued at $24,000, the Friends of the Library Gingy Cuthbertson Memorial Scholarship, valued at $1,000, and the AAFES Scholarship, valued at $3,000, were awarded to Salutatorian McKinleigh Meeks.

The SAU Blue and Gold Excellence Scholarship, valued at $28,000, was awarded to Marcos Pacheco.

The SAU Success Scholarship, valued at $16,000, was awarded to George Peña.
