Scarlett Elaine Donnelly, age 33, died Sunday, June 28, 2026 at her home in Warren, AR. She was born July 8, 1992 at Bradley County Memorial Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Terry and Julie Elaine Donnelly of Warren. She was an adored daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt, and friend.

Scarlett received her Bachelors of Biology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and proceeded to obtain her Nuclear Medical Technology degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She loved staying active, traveling, being outside in nature, bike trail riding, and especially spending time with her niece and nephew. Scarlett was an animal lover and leaves behind her fur baby of several years, her cat Chrissy. To know her was to love her. She was a hard worker and steadfast. If you were lucky enough to call Scarlett your friend, you knew she was always there when you needed her. Scarlett had one of the biggest, kindest hearts a person could possess. To her family and friends she was loyal, caring, and devoted.

She is preceded in death by her parents Terry and Julie Elaine Donnelly, her grandfather Roscoe Edwin Trussell, and her grandparents Carl and Geraldine Donnelly.
