A free chicken giveaway at the Southeast Arkansas Communicty Action Corp. drew a massive turnout Tuesday afternoon, causing traffic lines along the shoulder of the road to back up for at least a quarter to half a mile along the Warren bypass.
A Tyson Foods truck was stationed at SEACAC distributing free chicken to area residents. By approximately 1 p.m., hundreds of vehicles were lined up from the highway intersection near SEACAC eastward past the Warren Baseball/Softball Complex.
