Kingsland Missionary Baptist Church will welcome families from throughout the community for a Back-to-School Bash on Saturday, Aug. 8.
The event will be held from 4 to 6:30 p.m. at the church and will offer an afternoon of food, games and family activities as the Kingsland community prepares for the beginning of a new school year.
Hamburgers, hot dogs and ice cream treats will be served. Activities will include a giant inflatable and the Safari Sling game, along with opportunities for fellowship and community fun.
Organizers said the event is open to the entire community, including students, teachers and families looking to celebrate the start of the school year together.
