Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church in Warren will celebrate the second pastoral anniversary of Rev. Derrick F. Perry on Sunday, September 13, 2026.
The anniversary celebration will begin at 2:00 p.m. at the church, located at 510 N. Walnut Street in Warren. The event will honor Rev. Perry and Sister Beverly Perry.
This year’s theme is “Serving with Love and Purpose,” based on 1 Thessalonians 5:12-13.
Elder Melvin E. Tenner of Browns Temple Church of God in Christ in Newport, Arkansas, will serve as the guest speaker for the anniversary service.
Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church invites the community to attend the special afternoon of worship, reflection and fellowship as the congregation recognizes Rev. Perry’s second year of pastoral service.
