Wanda Divine MacNeil, age 74, of Mayflower, AR passed away on Sunday, August 23, 2026 at home. She was born on January 19, 1952 in Warren, AR to the late Donald Divine and Lottie Trammell Divine. Wanda was a data manager at UAMS for many years, a devout member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she a wonderful mother to her daughter and a great dog mom to her beloved pets.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Megan MacNeil of Bryant, AR and sister, Norman Oxner and spouse Dr. Troy Oxner of Hot Springs, AR.
